Q. What is Office 365?
A. Microsoft Office 365 is the familiar Microsoft Office desktop suite but is online – “Office in the cloud”

A. Office 365 takes away the burden of managing, maintaining and updating your office infrastructure. It is cost effective and efficient – you pay for only what you need (increasing or decreasing as necessary), there’s no installation cost and updates occur as part of the package. Q. What is On-Demand/Hosted
On-Demand/Hosted also referred to as “Cloud Computing”, is a delivery model of software and related services where an application provider hosts and manages a software solution, licenses it on a subscription basis, and users access it via the Internet.
At CloudIT4U we specialise in Microsoft solutions and technologies. We want customers to have a cloud solution that is cost effective, has growth capabilities, is safe and secure, evolves with the business, and understood by the users.
Q. Why not purchase direct from Microsoft
When taking out Microsoft’s CRM Online service, the subscription and billing is with Microsoft. They provide the product and Service Levels.
For training, information, advice, customisation etc, Microsoft look to its ‘Partners’ to provide these services. CloudIT4U are approved providers of cloud solutions and are part of the partner network*. CloudIT4U have extensive knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (and other cloud solutions, such as Microsoft Office 365)
Q. How does pricing work
There are no large up-front costs and no setup charges but instead an affordable monthly fee based on the number of users. All fees are calculated on a monthly basis depending on the number of authorised users. The single monthly fee includes the licensing and on-going system maintenance and application upgrades. A 30-day FREE link period is offered to prospective users.
