overview user training
Based
on standard CRM functionality, half a day limited to 6-8 attendees
maximum, no hands on practical exercises, demonstration of the system
only.
CRM introductory user training
Based
on standard CRM functionality, 1 day limited to 6-8 attendees maximum,
access to client CRM system required, and minimum 1 workstation between
2 attendees to allow hands on practical exercises.
CRM admin user training
Based
on standard CRM functionality, 1 day limited to 4 attendees maximum,
access to client CRM system required, and minimum 1 workstation to allow
practical demonstration on how to administer the system, including
customising screen, managing standard templates, managing workflows,
relationship roles, security roles and hints and tips on Outlook
integration and using the Outlook client.
CRM customised user training
Based
upon clients customised CRM system.
Requires a minimum of a 1 day’s workshop to work with the client to
fully understand the customisations and what core business functionality
and the business process(s) that the training needs to focus on.
A
download of the client customisations to allow more detailed training
exercises to be developed as part of a 1 day course preparation
exercise.
Course delivery is usually over 1.5 days , half a day on CRM overview
and 1 day on system specifics and hands on labs and is limited to 6-8
attendees maximum, access to client CRM system required, minimum 1
workstation between 2 attendees to allow hands on practical exercises. |
