We use Microsoft Office 365 and CRM Dynamics as they are tried and trusted products, which are familiar to many people, and have high levels of security built into them.

Get you up and running:

• Get you set up - We will discuss with you what you are hoping to achieve, and have a system meets your requirements. 

• Configure your PC’s to use the system* - Make sure that all your computers are working in the same manner

• Offer training, so you understand what you’re doing - Free 2 hour start-up training, so you understand what you’re using, and how to use it (unlike most companies, who will charge you for this initial training)

Keep you working as you are used to:

• Migrate your data* - Move your data, so you don’t lose what you need, and it all works together

• Build a team working environment - So everyone is working together and can access all the data

Help you make the most of the system:

• Give information, advice and guidance - We want you to be able to use the system effectively 

• Hints & tips about how to work with what you have - So you work efficiently and successfully, and use   less time to get more done

Keep you up and running:

• On-going support* - We want you to make the most of what you have

• On-going updates - We want you to understand anything new that is being executed, so any changes work with you.

Understand security issues:

• Data security is the highest concern for most customers - We want you to feel safe and secure. We will explain how security works and what is in place to maintain your data privacy

FREE Start-up training – current special offer:

At CloudIt4U want people to start getting the most out of their on-line solution straight away. We therefore include Free training as part of the purchased package. We recognise that this enables people to start using their solutions in a manner that is relevant to them.

CRM has a longer free training course as clients historically have less hands-on experience of this solution, whilst Office 365 has many familiar features therefore needing less support to get started.

• Office 365:

1 x 1 hour, free web based training per company, for those who purchase our on-line solution

(maximum 6 candidates per company/single training session).

• Dynamics CRM online:

1 x 2 hour, free web based training per company, for those who purchase our on-line solution

(maximum 6 candidates per company/single training session).
