As with all of Brookstone Technologies’ Microsoft Dynamics CRM extension modules, the Employee Management application delivers rapid ‘time to value’. It is an enterprise-level Employee & Leave Management system designed to leverage the power of Microsoft CRM.
The Employee Management Module gives you the ability to record personal employee details and keep track of employee reviews, current skills, and training undertaken. In addition, all correspondence to an employee is managed and tracked within the Employee Management Module for security and privacy purposes.

The Employee Management module is a “Custom Entity”, and as such all the usual Microsoft CRM personalization and reporting capabilities are available. And because the Employee Management Module keeps track of all training records and qualifications for all personnel, you have an extremely comprehensive and useful addition to Microsoft CRM. (In the future, the Employee Management module will also be integrated with Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.)
The Employee Management module also delivers a complete workflow-based Leave Application System. The Leave Application System enables employees to self-manage vacation requests, and to monitor their remaining vacation and sick leave allowances, thus reducing the workload of your HR department. You no longer need to rely on manual processes to ensure that leave applications are finalized and approved. Instead, the comprehensive workflow built into the Employee Management Module manages everything efficiently and automatically.

Brookstone Technologies’ Employee Management & Leave Applications Module for Microsoft Dynamics CRM facilitates easy and simple management of personnel, their training requirements, their achievements, their salary packages, their vacation and sick days, and their performance reviews.
When an employee applies for leave, the Human Resources application module knows which managers must approve the application. The custom-designed workflows automatically route the leave request directly to those managers for rapid processing. And once the application has been approved, both the employee and the pay office are instantly notified.
Once leave is submitted for approval, the appropriate dates are automatically blocked out in the Employees Outlook Calendar, thus providing for the correct scheduling of staff availability.
The Employee Management Module’s leave application form is very comprehensive, and accounts for public holidays and weekends in its calculations. Each employee’s annual leave balance is displayed, as is the current sick leave balance for the employee’s reference only. The personnel listing is also integrated with the user database from Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
